Five Spice Sticky Root Vegetables


- Serves 2 (1 syn each)


-1 large carrot
- 1 large parsnip
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp chinese five spice
- frylight

-peel and cut the carrot and parsnip into batons
- spray with frylight and place on a baking tray
- bake in the oven at 200°C/ Gas Mark 6 for 30 mins
- put cooked veg into a large bowl, add the honey and five spice, mix well
- place the veggies back on the baking tray and return to the oven for ten minutes.
