Lemon Herb Marinade for Pork




Serves 1, 1½ syns

- juice from half a lemon 
- half a teaspoon olive oil 
- 3 cloves garlic, minced 
- 1 tablespoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon thyme 
- 1 teaspoons Wholegrain mustard 
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pork steak 


- Combine all ingredients and whisk until blended
- leave pork steak to marinate for half an hour
- grill the pork steak
