makes 12 medium sized meatballs, 1 syn for six
- chicken mince
- 1 finely chopped red onion
- 1 teaspoon mint
- 2 tablespoons chopped corriander
- 1 teaspoon chilli paste
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon of low fat plain yoghurt
- mix the mince, onion, spices and yoghurt together
- divide the mixture into 12 meatballs
- cook under the grill for around 20 minutes, until the meatballs are evenly cooked on all sides
